For safety reasons, guests are refused entry if they are in possession of prohibited items. Illegal items will be confiscated and turned over to the police. If a guest is found inside the venue with a prohibited item, the item will be confiscated and the guest may be ejected from the facility.

Events have age restrictions that may differ from show to show, so please refer to each shows’ event page for age restrictions that may apply. Please note that all ages shows or concerts require a ticket for everyone, including infants. Every attendee, regardless of age, must have a valid ticket to enter.
The Americans with Disabilities Act and several California State Laws were enacted to promote equal access for everyone. The Greek Theatre strives to provide accessible seating to our patrons needing specific accommodations and to ensure that wheelchair-accessible locations are reserved for guests who require such an accommodation. A minimum of 41 wheelchair and semi-ambulatory tickets are available throughout the Greek Theatre. Accessible/handicap drop-off area located in front of the Box Office.
The Greek Theatre will provide full wheelchair accessible seating in spaces or locations designated as such and no permanent fixed chair will be provided for these locations. For safety and as a courtesy to other ticket holders, please do not sit or stand in the aisles. Aisles should be kept clear at all times.
No alcohol or any illegal substances may be brought into the venue. Alcoholic beverages can be purchased by persons 21 years of age or older with legal identification. Sales terminate at any time at the sole discretion of management. The Greek Theatre has the right to refuse entry to any guest deemed intoxicated upon arrival. Any intoxicated guest causing a disturbance will be asked to leave the facility and may be subject to arrest. Vapes and e-cigs are permitted in designated areas only.
Headsets are available free of charge (with a deposit) at the Guest Services Booth; ask an usher for assistance or reserve your headset in advance by calling 323-391-6001.
Only service animals are permitted at the Greek Theatre. The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) defines a service animal as any dog, such as a guide dog or signal dog that is individually trained to provide assistance to an individual with a disability. This includes psychiatric service animals that are individually trained to provide service to individuals with psychiatric or neurological disabilities, such as preventing or interrupting impulsive or destructive behaviors. Service animals must be harnessed, leashed or tethered at all times, unless special circumstances exist, and will be required to rest in the seating area of the individual with a disability, rather than in the aisle. A guest whose service animal poses a threat to the safety of other guests and employees, or whose animal is not housebroken, may be asked to escort the animal off the premises.
Flash photography, professional cameras (including SLR cameras or cameras with detachable lenses) are prohibited. Cameras must be the point-and-shoot type and must be small enough to fit in a pant pocket. Recording equipment (any form of camera stand or audio/video recording devices), laser pointers or other electronic devices are also prohibited. Tripods, Monopods and Selfie Sticks are prohibited. Guests may not bring audio or video recording devices into the Greek Theatre. These devices include, but are not limited to, video cameras/camcorders and audio recording devices. This policy is subject to change per event.
The Greek Theatre is a fully cash-free venue that only accepts debit and credit cards for a safe and speedy check out. We no longer accept cash.
The Greek Theatre patrons are responsible for their own conduct as well as the conduct of their guests and/or persons using their tickets. Venue staff will strive to maintain an atmosphere where all in attendance can enjoy the event. Event patrons and guests in violation of the Customer Code of Conduct may be subject to ejection, arrest, and/or loss of ticket privileges for future events. If the behavior of a patron or patrons around you becomes disruptive or violates the Customer Code of Conduct, the incident should be reported to the nearest usher or security person. Greek Theatre has an first responder personnel onsite for all public events and can be found adjacent to the box office windows.
Media credentials can be requested by contacting the artist directly. You must be an accredited member of the media on assignment to be considered.
No large bags and purses are allowed in the venue. Bags cannot exceed 12” x 6” x 12” or we will have to check it in at our Guests Services Booth.
Patrons using taxis, limo’s, rideshare or private cars may use the drop off/pick up located in Lot C. Accessible/handicap drop-off area located in front of the Box Office.
Parking on the streets or blocking driveways in the neighborhoods surrounding the Greek Theatre is strictly prohibited. Vehicles will be towed at owner's expense.
Outside food/beverages are not permitted. One bottle of factory sealed water is allowed for all events. Guests may bring empty plastic/nalgene reusable bottles to the Greek. Guests will be required to discard the contents of any reusable bottle brought on property. One (1) factory sealed plastic bottle allowed per person. No Metal Bottles are allowed.

The Greek Theatre has a "No Re-Entry" policy for all events.
The Greek Theatre has recycle bins located throughout the venue and actively recycles plastic, aluminum and glass products. We thank you in advance for helping keep our venue clean and free of debris.

After purchasing tickets, a request for a sign language interpreter can be facilitated through the Greek Theatre Box Office by calling 323-606-8106. A 3 week advance notice is requested.
Guests, including law enforcement personnel not present in an official capacity, are prohibited from bringing weapons into the Greek Theatre. Weapons include, but are not limited to, the following: firearms, explosives, stun guns, handcuffs, brass knuckles, sticks, clubs, batons, martial arts instruments, pepper spray, tear gas, knives, etc. Guests found in possession of such items will be asked to remove the item from the Greek Theatre or dispose of it. Guests who refuse to comply will be ejected and may be subject to arrest.
All shows are rain or shine.
Yes! The LA DOT DASH Observatory/Los Feliz bus goes directly to the venue, and connects to the Metro B Line at Vermont / Sunset, the 180, 217, 204 & 754 bus lines, and two Metro Bike Share stations (Vermont & Franklin, Hillhurst & Prospect). If you're taking public transit home, buses out of the park depart 10 minutes after the show ends. Don't get stranded!
$0.50 This is the same price for all DASH rides.
Guests aged 13 and older may attend a show unchaperoned. Children under 13 must be accompanied by an adult.
